Returns & Replacement

All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned absolutely free within 14 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
If you paid:
By Credit / Debit card, we will process the refund by crediting within 7-14 working days, to the same credit/debit card used during the order process
Cash on delivery, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days
Bank Wire, our Customer Service will do a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order within 7-14 working days
We offer a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return or replace the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
